If you have been charged with DWI, you will be subjected to two different processes:

1. the Department of Revenue proceedings to determine if your license will be suspended and for how long; and
2. the criminal proceedings that will determine whether you are convicted, fined or sentenced.

I will do everything in my power to try to save you the hassle of losing your license. I understand that the loss of a license can have tremendous impact on your ability to work, to care for your family and maintain order in your life.

When handling a DWI charge, my main objective is to avoid a conviction. When you hire me, you will get a lawyer who will request video of the DWI arrest, who will visit the scene of the arrest, who will require not just the alcohol influence report, but also the maintenance records for the breath machine.
