A 27 year old roofer from Arnold was pulled over for Speeding 100 mph and charged with driving while intoxicated in St. Louis County. Employment requires him to drive daily from job to job. He was exposed to a one-year license revocation for refusing the breath test. Although he was convicted on the speeding charge, no criminal conviction resulted for DWI.
